on NOIR Manila

Every venue is manually reviewed by our team before going live. We verify the business location, operating status, pricing accuracy, and legitimacy. We also monitor reviews and flag venues with suspicious activity. Only venues that pass our verification process are listed.

We do not remove verified negative reviews or accurate information from listings — our credibility as a platform depends on honest data. However, if there is incorrect or outdated information, venue owners can request a correction through our partner dashboard, and we will update it within 48 hours after re-verification.

ARIA, our AI concierge, recommends venues based on the user's stated preferences — budget, area, mood, group size, and occasion. Featured and NOIR Partner venues receive priority placement in recommendations. Standard listings appear when they are the best match for a query.

We accept GCash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and cash payment for Featured and NOIR Partner plans. Billing is monthly. We will send an invoice via WhatsApp before each billing cycle begins.

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. You can downgrade or cancel at the end of any monthly billing cycle. Your listing will remain on Standard tier after downgrade — it will not be removed.

After submitting your application, our team typically completes verification within 24–48 hours. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when your listing is live.
